"Not so.  There are many tools out there that can give you professional results on a very lean budget. It may sound complicated, but its quite easy to produce your own narratives, audio backgrounds and video presentations. Some of the software is even free!  It is important though to invest in a high quality microphone and webcam to get a great result that you can broadcast.
